Red wine vinegar Merry
Ingredients:
-Very white escarole
-Shredded cod
-Black olives and harlequins
-Romesco Onion Sauce and Scale Anchovies
Preparation:
In the bottom of a dish, place the cleaned and sliced escarole, top with the crumbled cod, sprinkle with the romesco sauce and decorate with the olives. Serve cold.
