Vinegar J.R. Sabater

Ingredients:

-2 kg. Mature tomatoes
-1 cup of dry bread without crust
-Medium cucumber
-1 green pepper
-2 or 3 cloves of garlic
-8 tablespoons of olive oil
-5 tablespoons of Sherry Vinegar
-Salt
-1 liter of water (approximate).

Preparation:

Mix in the blender, tomatoes, pepper, cucumber, garlic, salt, add the oil, vinegar and water, add the necessary water until the desired consistency is achieved. Put the whole mixture in a tureen and leave it 2 hours in the refrigerator. Serve very cold accompanied by a source or small bowls in which it is distributed, tomato, onion, pepper, cucumber, all cut into small pieces. Chop some fried bread to accompany.
